I wanted to sell my home quickly without having to do repairs and a lot of negotiating.  I enterviewed a few people and when I met with Tina I saw that she understood exactly what I wanted. She did not try to talk me into something else.  I was dealing with the passing of my husband and I needed some handholding.  Tina was great.  She handled repairs, final clean, and much more. The process was much more pleasant than I had even hoped for. Further more, she is honest and sincere.

I recently hired Tina Courtney to sell our home in San Marcos. This was the first time I had ever sold a home and Tina was great at walking me thru the entire process and explaining each step. Keeping me on track

I've dealt with a few realtors over the years and nobody was really able to keep me on the rails like Tina did.  I recently bought and sold some properties, and I decided to hire Tina as my Realtor for both of these deals.  

I really want a partner to work with but also need someone to steer the ship.  So, needless to say, I was always asking questions, and she always responded quickly and professionally. Double Transaction

A home to sell, a home to buy.  I was dreading the scheduling and how it all was going to work.  As with anything there were a few road blocks and glitches to get us to a contiguous closing on both properties. Thank goodness Tina kept it in tow, had a level head and made us feel comfortable through the process. Great experience

Although we did not buy a home in San Diego we were very happy to work with Tina during our search. Tina was very willing to show us many homes in manufactured home parks in North County, she was so knowledgeable about the senior home parks in the area.  

Tina was very patient with us and had a great sense of humor, which made for a good working relationship. After a few weeks we realized we could not find a suitable home within our budget and returned to Ventura County.
