Consider Manufactured Homes

The last few years have shown a surge in sales of manufactured housing.  There are many reasons:

1) Affordability

2) Income Property

3) Additional space for returning students, or care for elderly parents

The State of California has eased the requirements to place a secondary home on an R-1 lot.  These homes are called Accessory Dwelling Units or ADU's.  There are a few guildelines and the home cannot be over 1200 square feet.
